Why the massive drop in price? 30% since beginning of Feb. I could not find any news justifying the drop. Is it just due to market sentiment?

Due to the nature of the business, market sentiment could be quite strong, but there was also a cautionary that the chairman wanted to buy out the company, this didnt materialise and some investors might have been upset about this driving the price down.
