Phase one complete - Discounter sought

Hi guys, Just me again. Been busy with my project from a few months ago and phase one is complete. Full funding raised and waiting for investment. Now what I need to know is anyone here a discounter? or do you have access or information to reputable discounters? Needed to discount up to 700mil in 10, 15 and 20 year investment bonds. Any knowledgeable people out there?

Why not simply approach Standard Merchant Bank or whatever their new corporate name is these days?
