What are the guide lines to purchase shares of a company were there are speculations of good HEPS or EPS...

Look at the graph if it has climbed substantialy since you heard the rumours if so then it is already built into the price plus the fact that this share climbed on fairly thin numbers I would expect it to drop substancialy once the dividends have ben paid out. ISA retains all its profit and distrubes most of it in dividends to share houlders the negitive is that it never has funds to expand in terms of aquisitions ect. Hope this helps a little
