IPSA is going to make a fortune providing clean elec. to factories, kouga, EL, municipalities that are smart enough to dump Eskom. They are the only independent power supplier and can do so quickly.

Because they dont need the approval of national treausry and ministers (politicians) for Capex. Eskom requested approval for new power stations many years ago; 1999 (PFMA). Dont blame Eskom!!
