I am without Price Streamer (blank screen) since Monday evening. You have intermittent messages on the home page of the unavailability of the product. I have requested numerous times that someone from IT contact me - but with with no contact to at least discuss some trouble-shooting - and I don't mean someone asking me what programs I am using. I have the same problem on both my computers and never had this problem before. Please take some time to be a little more communicative on this issue. I am told by your call centre operators that other clients are also experiencing this - but your communicative / support style does not support any solution or admittance.
