Mine is working. Just check you have no Windows Updates installed, that requires you to reboot your PC. Easiest, is shutdown. Do not use restart. There should be a Windows icon different to the normal Shutdown Red button. Then, after complete shutdown, restart your PC. Also check your virus checker is not also requiring a reboot.

Thanks i tried all but the shut down part, cant get past password keeps getting told access denied
