Price streamer.........

Iv been logged out of price streamer for over 30 min, and it is still not allowing me to log on.....its says "already logged in. If just disconnected wait 10 sec and try agin". Any advice on how to get in?

Is there an alternative to Price streamer? It is the second day in the row that it is giving problems, before opening and during part of the morning. One cannot trade with such an unreliable tool.
