Profurn (part of JD Group)

My father has stumbled across some Profurn shares that his dad had purchased long ago. He did not know he had these shares (which are still in the form of a certificate). I saw that in 2003 they were bought out by JD Group. Would these shares still hold value or are they worthless? thanks in advance.

Hi John gave both the call centre and compushare a call and got it sorted out. the shares are valid and will be transferred into my account when i've sent in the documentation. Was quite a nice surprise. Always nice finding things you never knew were there.
