In SA there are not a large quantity of property funds and therefore probably at get togethers they all known to each other.I always had the feeling that Madison was established for just such an amalgamation,probaably buying the other funds at their the lows.Now its interesting to note that a thread runs through the non exec directors....Two names occur repeatedly,namely for RDF Cessman and Wainer. For APEXHI HI Wainer and Cessman.For HYPROP Wainer.For Madison Wainer and Cessman...In my opinion only i think this will be a done deal once approval is obtained.Yes it should definitely be for the better.Read my preevious posts on EMI for more background.
