What I'm curious to know is how the proposed sale by Old Mutual of its stake is likely to affect the management and future prospects of Mutual and Federal. Anyone willing to risk an opinion?

Listened to powerhour on radio 2000 last nignt,CEO says they had discussions with new owners and have their support,bcause they dont have insurance exp.they will not tamper with the running of the business and will not delist either.
