who or what decides who should sell, if there are (e.g 200 share holders of same company) want to sell their shares(e.g 1000 shares each) at the same price and there is 1 buyer(buying 1000 shares). am new in share trading.

First come first served.i.e he who first put in his offer at a designated price would be sold before the second offer etc.
