what a scandal! should the board resign or repay the fine from bonuses paid? interesting to note that Tiger Brands have already been fingered in the bread fixing scandal - is this a culture issue that feeds from the major shareholder? what are Brimstone and Investec going to do to wield some voting penalty? Yet we accuse the government of shameful fraud and corruption!! alive and well in listed corporations!! Corporate governance appears to be only for the little guy!

2 diferences: 1. price fixing increases profits for shareholders...so its profitable "corrruption". 2.goverment...taxpayers monet/company...shareholders money.

What a load of rubbish - "price fixing." Your government is so worried about your hard earned-money (lol) - they want it for future taxes. Let the government set up fishing companies and suffer the stresses of this industry. Leave it to government and (A) We'll all starve because there'll be no catch (B) You'll pay double the current "fixed" price and the ministers will get even fatter or (C) - an alternative - they'll just sell of the ships for s***** steel.
