Can any of the experts please indicate the rational for giving Richmond a buy signal if the share price has been static for the past 2 months. Is there something in the market that somebody is hiding or not telling investors?

Rumble, good question. The TA certainly points towards a current sideways trend - no indication of a breakout. ADX is dead, momemntum is pretty much at zero, no spike in volume, everything pretty much mid range/ inconclusive. No significant MA crossovers, no volatility breakout, no range breakout (i.e. no new 20, 40 or 60 day high). Doesn't make sense really.
