Basically, you now have ten times the number of units (shares) that you had before the split. The value of each declines by tenfold - so the share split will not have any monetary impact on the value of your holdings. It was done to make it easier to trade (for smaller investors)- it is easier to trade 100 x R1 than 1 x R100 Hope the explanation helps.
