Any truth to the rumour about Aflease buying out Randgold?

yes it does look like it. jci and randgold will merge and aflease controls about 30% of randgold. rangy and jci still have a lot of assets and mining rights. wonder if they still own such a large stake in simmers. aflease really on the road. jci largest asset is 1.2billion rand of gold fields stock.
