there will be a LDT for the rights issue .. if you hold WEA then you get the NPL's that will entitle you to take uo the new shares at the take up price, or you can sell them ..

I don't think the envisaged R31m will be adequate and the going concern risks will remain. WEA may well require additional capital again should the building cycle not recover soon. They grew way too aggressively during the upcycle which left them with an overcapitalised balance sheet...this was aggravated by ill-timed acquisitions...and the fuel hedge at the top of the market that lost them R20m was just poor judgement. There are better risks, should you want to expose yourself to the smallcap construction sector. Omo
