Rights issue

How does this affect shareholders and how do you calculate the costs if you want to participate in the scheme. Let's say you have 10 000 adw shares then is it (10 000/100*112*10c = R1120 plus fees with a new total shareholding of 21 200?? Or is it (10 000*1.12, therefore adding 1200 shares at 10c, therefore at a cost of R120 with total shareholding then at 11 200 shares?? Please help. I suppose after the sens release just now it is worth participating??
