SAB and SA Government: Something to think about

An amazing fact is that South African Breweries [SAB] delivers liquor successfully to over 800 000 Shabeens across South Africa weekly, but the South African Government cannot deliver text books to 26 000 schools once a year. If SAB and the SA Government swapped delivery methods we could have a civilised, sober and educated country!!!

But remember, SAB delivers for a profit, Goverment delivers for service ( non)delivery.big difference in level of motivation. but...Obama is pushing for more teachers, more schools, better education becos that's howbyou grow the economy. Romney disagrees...understandably becos he is a shrewd businessman where immediate profit margin only matters?
