the arbritation case is about to be settled,i prefer to wait as one never knows how a court case will turn out,just guessing probably negative for both sides(neither getting what they actually want),surely SAL won't be driven to the wall.

It may be the rights offer as well.OMO. Last time it also went up after the rights offer was announced and then slid back again. Yes, different offer this time, but still could be influencing price.

I think sumtin big may be announced, watching this one for approx a year now and I have seen so many trades in the space of an hour, 60 bars.
