SARS interest from Property funds

There is doubt whether interest from Property funds/trusts will qualify for the annual interest exemption . The wording in the explanatory memorandum states "Interest bearing products listed on the JSE (such as corporate bonds of widely held companies & parastatals); It seems to me that ALL interest received from property funds will be taxable - no exclusion (currently R22,300). Anyone know otherwise?

Yep, I know something. It STINKS! That's all I know. Sorry, couldn't help myself. As soon as I see the word SARS, I sort of lose it.
