What will happen to sbk if it withdraws its caution in respect of China.

Not an expert like John/Chartist/Gravy and Brazen But i assume there will be a price adjustment downward. Look at the share price at date of announcemnt then adjust by market movement. I am not sure what % the shares individually have lost but let work on 14% for argument purpose. Also you take ABSA share at date of SBK announcement and look at ABSA share today and look at the value ABSA share has lost and adjust SBK share by a similiar percentage. (old management accounting trick)

it can't be withdrawn. The vote happens on Monday, and that is were share holders could reject it.
