SCL positive outlook for 2013

There seems to be some uncertainty for the year ahead. However in some circles, 2013 is envisioned as an extremely positive year for Africa, especially in regard to Africas' contribution of hydrocarbons. Looking at the engineering fraternity, it is clear that there is growth ahead. With the recent, multiple buyout of South African Engineering firms,actioned by american, Australian and European firms. And a few of these firms that has specialized divisions in Oil and Gas exploration and mining.
