A bit of thought from my side on shorting strategies. Generally speaking, good short trades tend to be sharp and violent - and unexpected. If SHF has held its support line, despite market weakness, then the likelihood of a sharp move down decreases significantly. The likelihood of a rally starts to increase at the same time. So your risk reward equation has to take in the likelihood of a sharp rally, a gradual decline and a sharp decline.
