STO - no results, but Cautionary instead

STO were supposed to release their results yesterday (25 April) which was confirmed according to Profile Media. However they released a cautionary instead which saw the share up over 10%, albeit on small volumes. Another buyout bid on the cards - I think so!

Think the offer this time will be higher than the previously rejected approach to shareholders? Or a reconsideration or the terms, I wonder...

might also be the previously discussed BEE deal...and no offer?

Just my opinion, but I think it is the same group of interested parties at a better price.
