Satrix 40

How is it that the satrix 40 is 1,9% up on the day and yet none of the top 40 shares have moved that much, am I missing something?

the previouus days close on stx40 is not always perfectly in sync with the index close ..

Galuc, off the Satrix website you can get the NAV of all the collective instruments. Compare the NAV price to the current trading price and trade the gap.... or not? The Market Maker does keep the spread but sometimes... as you noticed.
