Satrix40 vs. RMBTop40

Hi all Can anyone, once and for all, layout which fund is the best in terms of fees and returns? Satrix40 or RMB Top 40? The both are very close but the data I find is a little confusing. On the one hand, RMB's TER(Total expense ratio) is 0.36% percent where Satrix is 0.45%. RMB has an annual fee of 0.10% that doesn't seem to be added in but does that mean that Satrix hasn't added in the annual fee also? Help!
