Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements issued on 18 June 2007 and 30 July 2007 and are advised that the Company is still involved in negotiations which could have a material effect on the share price of Imuniti's securities. The outcome could be pretty, the downside that negotiations get suspended and the share becomes a 2nd JDH. They should give an indication that 'the negotiations' are in good progress and an expectation of time.

I would suspect that the negotiations are of a sensitive nature and thus no progress will be reported until the outcome is official and concluded. They have stated previously that they would look at aquisitions, so perhaps that is what the cautionary is all about. OMO
