Sentula a buy??

Is Sentula a buy at the current price of R9.50? I noticed volume has started picking up, price seems to have support at R9.50. Great company, what gives???

As long as you have the stomach for volatility, I believe it's a buy. They are trading on a forward multiple of ~5, and are not exposed to the price of the commodities they drill and blast for - because they are paid to shift the stuff, not sell it. Hopefully we've also seen the back of the management ***** ups which led to the results re-statements & premature press releases... That didn't inspire confidence.

I think they are also trying to enter the mining area next year, with Merafe as a partner....They pay their Final div in Oct....Do look at the moving average,in my opinion not very inspiring at the moment.P.S.Coal prices are also starting to fall.
