Share Instalment liquidity (SIMON)

Hi Simon, I need some help about share instalment liquidity. Suppose I have placed a sell order for MTNIHF at 2537c. According to the matrix, it should sell when MTN reaches 10720c. Now the price for MTN exceeds 10720 but my MTNIHF does not sell yet. My question: Should there be a buyer for MTNIHF so that my order go through? I thought The Issuer is supposed to provide liquidity.

the issuer will provide liquidity .. but you are a seller so there has to be a buyer at the underlying price at right volume .. not a seller or just a trade ..
