Share installment for MTN

SImon, Could you please give me an idea what will happen tomorrow when MTN share installment expires. I have share installments and its up 85%. So what will happen after tomorrow please.

which ?? issue may roll it into the new tranche .. or pay out intrinsic value ..

The name of the installment is SB MTN CCT So does it mean when it roll over then I get almost double the amount of shares seeing its almost 100%.
