if I understand that director dealing sens properly, he has been paid out a performance bonus share issue on achieving a pbt target of R100m. Now last year's PBT was R29m, so they already have audited visibility of full year results for 2013? If they have hit R100m, that is one helluva increase, and the current share price would be crazy cheap. Question is - has the director been paid?
