sounds good...i've always liked oao but have been bitterly disapointed with the share price performance.it sounds like they will at last change their dividend policy(hopefully)..i listened to a interview with the ceo a long time ago and he was speaking about all these things that are now happening-that's why i didn't sell.hopefully the share will start improving.....
