I really feel sorry for you that you bought into that product. You should have asked for a demo first and then you would have realised just how shockingly poor it is, most definately not worth the price tag. The pits is that ShareTrackin ME is not supported and hasn't had any real support for the last 2+ years. And don't fall for the new product either, it is even worse that the one you have. I have seen a demo and it is a joke to say the least, there are freeware products out there that is more powerful.
