IG markets: you can short any stock you like, only 5% margin on SHP cfd. I have been using them for over 18 months now and have never been happier. I use OST for data only

You pay the dividend if the stock goes ex-div anywhere including OST. But there ex-div date has already passed: 13 March 2014. In any event the dividend was only 132 cents or 0.8% yield at current share price

But the issue is you can't short a CFD. and how liquid are the SSF's here?
