Picking up on some broker analysis - heres an interesting piece on Silverbridge from Kaplan Securities Going forward - we expect a good recovery - FY2010 HEPS of 37.6 cents For 2010, we expect a strong recovery based on a successful implementation of the previously delayed projects. We forecast 100% growth in HEPS to 37.6 cents. Our implementation segment recovers with revenues of R 27 mln. We have been conservative with the other segments. At yesterday's close of 172 cents, SilverBridge is on a low forward PE of 4.6 times. Although this could be seen to be in line with forward PEs of some other IT small caps, we feel that it's low given SilverBrige's intellectual property and attractive software rental model. Should the group continue with a 50% payout as a capital distribution, then we forecast a 18.6 cents capital distribution in FY2010. This represents a very high forward dividend yield of 10.8%. Looks like it may be an interesting buy ....short and long term . seems like very small volumes are pushing this price up - get cheeky on the bids if you a player in this counter. A pity the volumes are so low.
