Simon Please Help!

My friend is trying to register for the trading account, we have been stuck in step 3 of 6. The problem is that he is not able to enter a name of other bank when he chooses 'other' and he also can not enter a branch number, the writing box is brown and does not allow to write on and nor can we continue.
