Simon's 7/21 MA / engulfing candle system

Simon, I know this topic has been laboured, just 1 question, when your short position closes due to trailing stop loss but 7 MA is still below 21 do you re-enter another short? on what signal? do you wait for another engulfing candle (the same goes for a long position)
