Some major trades by big names

Sachs, Kahn, Joffe and Dempers all had pretty decent sized buys in the last 2-3 months. This to do with the delisting of the preference shares, or is it actual buys from these guys? Also, Medscheme Holdings CEO resigned and is moving to LHC. So if the guys above actually bought and it wasn't part of the preference share delisting, is it good news and seen as a positive, or purely because they are directors and want to keep confidence levels up in the group with a key person like that resigning?
