2 things to look at. First, there is a huge dilution effect expected next year due to the amount of shares about to be issued to vendors for acheiving profit guarantees. Second, if you know your IFRS statments, something does not look right with the purchase price allocations done for the recent acquisitions. (I hold many shares in SAN) Cheers.
