Suggestions to invest in a high growth, small cap company

After Litha Healthcare announced it is considering de-listing i thought my next best bet would be Cipla Medpro, but after reading on moneyweb about how the indian cipla has intensions of delisting the company once acquired, i am looking for options to place my money...any options? my investment period is 10 - 15 years, and im looking for a small cap though
