Super annoying sens

A bit irresponsible from BSR's part here. They issue a sens yesterday, saying headline earnings would be down by 35%. And pandemonium strikes. Then they issue a sens today, clarifying why, with a perfectly reasonable explanation of the inclusion of TWP into the books. Why couldn't they just make one sens announcement with all the pertinent facts?
