Suppressed share price.

Why has the share price been so suppressed over the last week or so? Standard's research report rates the company highly for future prospects (17000 in a year). Wouldnt be a bad return! Hopefully the results bring a spark to the share price. The sea harvest deal could be the problem but when ever Tiger has disposed of a holding, shareholders do reap the rewards, so this shouldnt be the problem. Any answers?
