TAW - Capital Structure

I'd appreciate it if the forum can give me clarity on the following; Tawana duelisted on JSE and ASX has according to this website a capital structure of 115,496,851 shares in issue (shares and options) Does this represent the total capital structure (fully paid up) shares and options of Tawana or does this represent only that part of the capital structure that is listed on the JSE. On the Tawana website fully paid up share capital is listed as 87,097,481 and options 22,344,144 thus in total 109,441,625. The difference between the 115m and 109m can possibly be outdated information.
