This was my post on 19 September when the share was at R9:"Bad day today, but that chart looks promising.I would just like to see Christo Wiese come in and buy another million or so shares". Looks like he read my post lol. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It looks more like you read his mind as opposed to him reading your post :)

posted: 23 May 11:00 [Reply] Sure - and I have INT(U) and NTC for UK property - but TDH has huge potential - since it is very actively managed and offers massive leverage due it its size (it is a 50p stock with a capitalisation of 77m pounds.) It should move 12 to 15% below book on its next results. Mr. Wiese just never stops buying shares. What also interests me is their specialised lending business. I assume they will dump the rest of their retail assets to generate cash to fund this business. The beauty of property development is that clever operators with access to a bit of capital can way outperform bigger operators. Anyway - one has to have a bit of variety.

Yip. Thanks for that posting. Did my research and invested 5% of portfolio...up 32%. It sure pays to follow Wiese. Also in BAT.

I swapped my Acucaps for TDH a few months back, no intention of selling obviously. I wouldn't be surprised if they split the UK part of the company into the property and lending divisions, but I would expect that the TDH counter would keep proportionate ownership.
