well, remember in the days of old when TKG still had Vodacom, if you bought TKG, you got telkom for free. so looks like if you buy Cell C, you get telkom for free again

just a problem. you can't buy Cell C. you still end up with Telkom which is 40% state owned.

same problem with Vodacom of old...you could not buy Vodacom, but you could buy Telkom...so buying Telkom, you actually bought Vodacom and got Telkom for free...same now with Cell C...if they merge or Cell buys a stake in Telkom, buy Telkom, you get to buy Cell c and get Telkom for free...so you get something for free from the goverment...Get it?
