Ok, Im New at this, can someone please tell me how to trade te top-40 index ?

you first need to open an account with one of the platforms that trade the top 40 have a look at gt247 an open a simulated account takes about 5 minutes and its free then you can play around with it until you are comfortable with what you are doing.
