Since the extremely slow site that we all complained about ,the site has been much faster with only occasional lapses.I find that leaving and re-entering mostly solves this problem....Also now when i complain by telephone or e-mail , i receive a reference number.This is a great step forward.A compaint about error messages at five minutes before closing are dealt with now promptly not the next day is also encouraging.There is obviously a good management system that is being IMPLEMENTED at this time....Keep up the good work.
