Is anyone familiar with Coert Coetzee's company Treorc and the courses they offer on how do invest in properties via trusts ? The concept sounds great and in fact a lot easier than trading everyday.

Kwagga, the long and short is that you refinance your properties every 5 (or so) years, assuming of course there's price appreciation. Hold back roughly 40% to cover shortfall and have access to the other 60% of the top-up refinance. There's some pitfalls and to obtain 100% refinance all the time also not so easy in practice.
