When all shares are falling what kink of shares are either slightly rising or holding their ground. The winners, the true shares with value and potential growth we spend hours searching for African Dawn, Gijima Ast, Merafe the few i have noted any comments

Well if the market runs on earning and sentiment, then sentiment is that there is a property wave comming and the risk adverse are gearing now already. I know under the interest rate conditions it's crazy, but if their standing their ground it either means that they have been ovesold and can't go any lower, or that there are individuals putting their money on their gut feelings(speculators)

I have property stocks for very different reasons. I feel that with the interest rates as they are, sub-prime, and NCA, it's hard to finance property so rentals are strong. Property stocks have a strong income yield, nice back-up during this volatility. RSA properties were not hit by heavy over-valuations so asset book should be ok.
