If one looks at the price action coming out of the UK and the US vs out market there is a definite unwillingness to push higher, that tells me that either all you boys and Girls are cheapskates( wanting to buy at lower prices) or people is scared that TITO is gonna raise interest rates despite the economist calling for a hold.

What time is the interest rate announcement on Thursday? What sort of reaction are we looking at: 1) If rates are unchaged, which seems to be the market consensus, will it leave the market unchanged or will we see a sharp rally? 2) If intersest rate goes up will we sell off sharply? Which sectors would be worst/best affected by a rate increase/unchaged decision?
